چکیده

The ultimate focus of this paper is to provide a hyperchaos-based reconfigurable platform for the real-time securing communicating embedded systems interconnected in networks according Internet Things (IoT) standards. proposed platform’s Register Transfer Level (RTL) architecture entirely developed and designed from scratch using VHSIC Hardware Description Language (VHDL). original idea consists exploiting nonlinearity discretized optimized 4D Lorenz hyperchaotic system as an encryption keystream generator symmetric cryptosystem secure wireless adapted UDP/IP protocol. It was necessary go through three essential steps achieve goal. First, lightweight energy-efficient IP core designed, implemented on FPGA circuit dedicated IoT device security, denoted Hyperchaotic-based Device Security Core (HC-IoT-DSC). combines subsystems: multiple key size (HC-KG), synchronization by dynamic feedback modulation technique (HCS-DFM), online FIPS 140-2-based built-in self-security test (BISST) module. Second, stack totally VHDL language. Third, integrated into real-world communication at distance 2 km between two delocalized network nodes employing Xilinx ML605 ZigBee E800-DTU A panoply online/offline investigations experiments were carried out intensely, deeply, thoroughly analyze, evaluate validate robustness security aspects scheme regarding all related security. Notably, evaluations conducted phases components before after integrating communication. implementation findings that can attain good performances, confirm feasibility adopted approach applications. Furthermore, timing power efficiency results present excellent trade-off design performance high-security achievement.

Energy-efficient broadcast and multicast trees for reliable wireless communication

We define energy-efficient broadcast and multicast schemes for reliable communication in multi-hop wireless networks. Unlike previous techniques, the choice of neighbors in the broadcast and multicast trees in these schemes, are based not only on the link distance, but also on the error rates associated with the link. Our work is based on some existing techniques that create such trees which ha...

Energy Efficient Reliable Communication for Multi-hop Wireless Networks

Current algorithms for minimum-energy routing in wireless networks typically select minimum-cost multi-hop paths. In scenarios where the transmission power is fixed, each link has the same cost and the minimum-hop path is selected. In situations where the transmission power can be varied with the distance of the link, the link cost is higher for longer hops; the energy-aware routing algorithms ...

Chaos-based wireless communication resisting multipath effects.

In additive white Gaussian noise channel, chaos has been shown to be the optimal coherent communication waveform in the sense of using a very simple matched filter to maximize the signal-to-noise ratio. Recently, Lyapunov exponent spectrum of the chaotic signals after being transmitted through a wireless channel has been shown to be unaltered, paving the way for wireless communication using cha...
